MY PERSONAL FAVORITE 

PHILIPPINE NATIONAL COSTUME

I think it's just me but this has got to be one of my favorite traditional dresses (minus the colorful skirt around her waist). It could have been very 'ethnic' without it. This Pintados-inspired costume made her look more regal and exotic. On the other side, it also garnered some sort of confusion as it was a bit similar to El Salvador's and Costa Rica's dresses during Miss Universe 2004 national costume competition.
